“Met a buddy in Griffin - halfway between my town and his. I googled restaurants in the area, we are both hamburger fans, and Smash Burger Bar showed up on my search. I had the Grip City, he had the Eggscellent... we both went with double Patty. Had some onion rings and the loaded tater tots. The food was fabulous. The staff was great. Personable and accommodating. A five out of five experience for us, we will definitely meet up there again. Highly recommend.!“

“This was a second trip in for my bf and me. We were a party of 3 to dine in. Burgers were seasoned well, cooked perfectly and very hot! Philly cheese steak fries were amazing. Fries were crispy. The entire plate was very hot!. I ordered the regular size for my meal and had plenty to share. We will be back“

She greeted, bused the tables, cleaned menus, brought out food, she even opened the door for me on the way out with a huge smile! Someone needs to give her a store to run!“

“Been to many IHOP locations and this one has by far exceeded all expectations of an IHOP. I typically expect slow service, incorrect orders, and somewhat disgruntled waiters - totally the opposite here. The speed of service is incredible even on a Saturday morning. Today I was serviced by Chastity and she was beyond phenomenal. Amazing service and frequent check ins to make sure we were taken care of. Great charm as well. The food came out promptly and correct. Can't complain about this IHOP. I think we found the one.“

“Thursday afternoon I visited the restaurant and the lady whom worked there, I believe her name is Missy if I recall correctly, did her job above and beyond expectations which really made the overall experience a joy during a busy day. My granddaughter felt special that day when she would usually be intimated around other people in a busy crowded place. However Missy made her feel like she was the most important person in the world at that moment and now she insist upon our return to visit not only the chain restaurant, but that exact location. Great job! If you're passing through Griffin and want a good meal, I suggest stopping by and eating there. It's worth the visit and the food was very well prepared also. My compliments to all.“

“The food was delicious! The jerk chicken Philly had an amazing level of flavor. The strawberry Churros are a must have!! 2 are not enough get 4! This was the most affordable Philly I have had since covid. The flavor tasted like a $25 Philly! Keep up the good work!“

“I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday from the Dairy Queen website. I requested a picture be printed on the cake. The store called me the day of the party stating they didn’t have the proper printer to print the image for the cake. They let me know they checked all bakeries within a reasonable area and had no luck getting the image printed from any other bakery. I was disappointed at first because it was supposed to be a frozen theme for my daughter’s birthday. They said they had some frozen cake decor they would be able to use and could do Tye dye piping to match the frozen theme. I figured my daughter would never know and it would be fine.

It was more than fine! The cake looked great in the end! The lady on the phone was so kind and apologetic and the store employees that assisted me with pick up were great as well. My daughter LOVED her cake. The staff here went above and beyond & made a 6 year olds day perfect!

“Food & service is usually good. Today, my JBC didn't have any bacon on it. Also, shouldn't a Baconator have more than 1 piece of bacon broke in 3 pieces? Isn't the reason it's called a Baconator because it's supposed to have a lot of bacon on it?“
