THE GRIFFIN PAPA JOHN’S HAS NEGLIGENT SERVICE. TRIED CALLING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOUT OUR ORDER & GOT HUNG UP ON. THE BEEF & CHEESE PIZZA WAS OVERDONE. THE CHEESE SHOULD LOOK WHITE & THICK; INSTEAD IT’S ORANGE & THIN. UNTIL THIS LOCATION IS UNDER BETTER MANAGEMENT, OR HIRES NEW WORKERS (WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION) WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
Solid. We had it for a Late Night option. LRG Pizza Deal after 9. With 4 toppings it was about $14.00. tasted fresh and pick up was seamless !
I placed an order online around 8am for pickup at 5pm. I called the store at 4:30pm and asked if they could push the pickup back 15 minutes. I get to the store and the pizza wasn't hot nor fresh. I guess when I called at 4:30 the pizza had already been made from the sound of the employee's voice.
