American Deli is known for its delicious wings and Philly cheesesteaks, with some reviewers praising the food as among the best they've had. However, there are mixed opinions on the service and atmosphere. While some guests have experienced excellent service, others mention issues with staff rudeness and a lack of a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the food and the need for staff to maintain a positive attitude have also been noted.
