it was ridiculously cold in this establishment and everyone was complaining. Our waitress stated she had been asking her management about it since she arrived and they refused to respond. smh
Pull up window is so awesome and convenient. However, it only works well when someone comes to the window. I sat for 10 mins watching employees (plural) walk pass the window several times. Watching them go in and out of the oven that maintains the temp that's right by the window. No one even acknowledged me waiting. Placing an order via the website is okay. However, when you arrive to pickup your order, there is always a long wait at the window THEN they always have an excuse..not enough help.. had a large order and haven't even begun your order, etc., etc. Waste of time!! Makes you wonder why they spent the time and money remodeling!
