Small Cakes in Griffin has awesome customer service. The owners are amazing and kind and the owners and staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and that you leave their store happy. I am always greeted when I walk in and their store is very clean. EVERY time i eat there the cupcakes and sweets are FRESH like they were made an hour before. I usually absolutely love this place, the cupcakes are delicious, the staff is nice, and it's just a cute shop all together.But right now I seriously feel like such a Karen, but I wanted to get my mom a cupcake from her favorite spot for her birthday and they don't close till 6pm well I walk up to the door and it's locked. There are many handicap parking and free parking spaces. This ice cream and cupcake show is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this bakery. The ice cream is very good and sweet. The cupcakes are quite enjoyable as well. The sell Sprite and coca cola here as well. Overall, I am quite happy with my selection of ice cream and cupcakes here. Awesomeness.
