The best selection of comfort food I've had in a long time! Coleslaw was immaculate ❤️ nice customer service and the sweet tea was made perfectly! definitely will be back!
if you want home cooking come here! we came on wing night. I ate so much. This restaurant reminds me of childhood. My parents and my grandparents used to cook like this. It was so good. Will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Tim's Country Cookin is a charming restaurant with friendly staff and delicious southern dishes. The menu includes unique items like rutabaga and old fashioned pully bone chicken. The cozy, well-decorated space can accommodate up to 50 people. Customers appreciate the affordable pricing, with a meal for two costing around $25.00. The restaurant also offers a veteran discount.
It features an all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of choices, including hot meats, veggies, bread, and both cold and warm dessert options. While not as extensive as some buffets, the selection is enough to please most customers. The food is cooked perfectly and tastes good, although it is not heavily seasoned. This can be helpful for those with allergies or who prefer less spice, as they can add seasonings from the table. The buffet includes vegetarian options, but they are not specifically labeled, and some vegetables may have been prepared with meat or animal broths. Customers often enjoy the fried chicken and the ham, greens, mac and cheese, broccoli salad with tomatoes and onions, and strawberry cake for dessert.
Customers also appreciate the friendly service, especially from Janet, who is always welcoming and polite with a smile. The hot wings on Thursdays are a popular feature, and many visitors go at least once a week for to-go plates. Although the selection is not huge, most leave feeling full and satisfied. Prices for older children are a little steep, and those who do not eat pork should be mindful that many sides contain it. Overall, the good food, friendly atmosphere, and affordable prices make Tim’s a popular choice for a satisfying meal.
