This is a fairly new location. The food is usually fresh but they are always slow, like other Zaxby’s. They need to change how they just sit mobile orders on a shelf for anybody to grab or look into.
This place is definitely not as good as it use to be when it first opened. My last purchase was an online pickup on 8/12/23. I asked for regular seasoning on my 3 dinners but they came with absolutely no seasoning at all. Then I only received 7 of the 8 boneless wings in my order. I go there because it's close to home but I'll start taking the drive to NE Expressway from now on.
