“The Perch and shrimp dinner is served with 2 slices of bread, coleslaw and fries, everything was delicious. The coleslaw, which I can be very critical, was really good. The banana pudding was very creamy and good. 10/10 on the food,
Customer service, and atmosphere.
On a side note, the bathroom was clean but could use an air freshener.“

And one of the managers came up to us and was just chatting to us for a while making us feel like we're at home! If you have not been to this location you need to come! Honestly one of the best food places I've been to.“

“I went through the drive thru, waited for someone to come over the speaker. I was about to pull up to the window when someone said thank you for waiting. I will be with you in just a minute. They helped the three cars in front of me (they paid, waited for their own food and drove off) before coming back on the speaker to take my order. When we pull up to the second window, they had to struggle with the window to open it because it kept getting stuck and had to rattle it open. Then waited for food. The girl that gave us our food was nice and had a smile on her face.“

“The best chicken since my Grandmothers' !!!! This experience is the best. I have had some good chicken from Canes'---I lived in Baton Rouge for many years--but Cowboy's is the best by far. The personnel working there are all awesome, making for a great experience all around. The experience of eating good food is quite hard to find in this day and time. “I went thru the drive thru. Food was ok. No complaints except their Texas Toast is not a slice of bread toasted like it used to be. Now their version of Texas Toast is half a hotdog bun. That is very disappointing. It been like that the last 2 times I went. I will not order again“

“I was a little confused by my experience. I ordered a scoop of chicken salad and asked if I could purchase a large bowl of pasta salad, but I was told that wasn't something they could do. I just ordered the regular pasta salad instead. When I got my to-go order, the pasta salad was placed in the compartment of the container instead of in a separate bowl like it is when I dine in. It looked like a smaller portion, so I'm wondering: are the dine-in and to-go portions supposed to be the same? You can see in the picture how small that portion is.“

“This was my first time at this location. I truly enjoyed my visit. Ms. Cassandra is the most hardworking and customer service employee that I've met in a long time. Her presence is commanding and you can tell that the customers (she calls most by their names, real friendly) and her staff respects her. “The food is Always good. I love the atmosphere. There is great music playing with a train running on the tracks overhead. The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!“

We ordered a 12 piece family meal and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The food was hot, the coleslaw was cold the biscuits were fluffy and fresh! The customer service was on point and we as a family wanted to just say thank you!! Everyone is full and happy! No pictures were taken bc we ate it all!! Lol“
