I walked inside and received no greetings from the staff. I walked into pure silence as if I was a ghost. I stood there for 5mins before I called out to be assisted. The kind tall man in the back with the beard stopped what he was doing and decided to help me and expedited my food (pick up).

I visited KFC today, and honestly, the employees need to be retrained on making sure utensils and napkins are included in customers’ bags. These are basic necessities that should automatically be provided with your order, especially when the food requires utensils to eat.

The grossest KFC I’ve ever been to!!!!
My wings taste like they’d been sitting for 2 days, biscuit was smashed and wedges was everywhere except in the container they were supposed to be in, I will NEVER GO BACK!!!
