I come here often and it’s always a pleasant experience! Jesse made my day today. His customer service was amazing and he made a great recommendation on the seasonal mango milkshake ! My daughter loved it. Keep him in the drive thru, he is awesome!
Chick fil a is known for there friendly service and they get you through the line quickly, that's always the case, but the food is becoming, hit or mis, the lemonade has become a white color drink with little taste, the chicken biscuit has too much bread or uncooked bread , the chicken sandwich is still great and the service is still great. The breakfast is suspect at times

Excellent food & svc! Been coming here since they opened. No issues (long wait times are part of it).For larger catered orders, this is not the place, but I know that. I go to the new one on the south side off blossom hill and Hy101. No issues (again, proper planning)
