I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.”

“Went to enjoy this establishments' gracious complimentary veterans meal. The bar had room to sit, so no waiting for a table, which is always a plus. I didn't get water for a long time for some reason, while others who sat after me were on their 3rd beer. Of course, there was no meal I could eat on the menu since I don't eat meat, fried foods, nor dairy, as with 90% of the veterans' meals offered on that day, but I adore the comradery.”

“I have always enjoyed dining at this location. This is a busy location & they are very well staffed to handle the large volume of customers. Our meal was great, as usual with our server doing a great job. We ordered French Onion soup & asked the server to please make sure it's hot. She acknowledged our request stating the soup sometimes is not served at the best temperature. The serving temperature of Longhorns soup is less than desirable but that's a post for another day. We look forward to meeting our friends & dining at this Longhorn location.”

“My waitress Alycia was AMAZING! She didn't hoover over the table but paid close attention. The Manager was cool as well. He was really concerned about our thoughts, concerns, complaints and compliments. Thou the food came out separately, some unseasoned and cold, they made rt with the situation. The first thing you notice when you walk in, is how clean the place is. Even the bathroom was impressive. I’ve never seen a small chain take over a spot and actually improve it. This place cares about service.

The food was great! It was most surprising with how much food I got for so cheap. I ordered a fish sandwich at 2 in the afternoon, and it was made at 2 in the afternoon. Freshly cooked, and great!”

Their salsas were so flavorful, especially the green chunky one. It tasted like a blend of limes, jalapeños, and avocado. Onions and scotch bonnets, carrots & jalapeños, a healthy mass of radishes and cucumbers. No cucumbers for me, they were a bit sour. Maybe they would have been better on ice IDK. I digress, The tables are set up where you can eat with your Compadres or with some awesome strangers, like me 🙂. I reminisced about my favorite spot called Chabelitas, in LA. My daughter loves the red velvet & the strawberry . The Apple cider one wasn't really all that, seemed more like something for breakfast. I just wish they made Oreo a consistent flavor.”

The drinks were watered down, I would check the bottles if I were management to assure Alcohol were in them. I had a Top Shelf Long Island and they charged me for each shot 10.00 or more! So that one drink was 40-50 dollars!! They didn’t let me know ahead of time either. I thought since I had not had a drink in a very long time that would be too heavy and I would need my table to help me, but it was like nothing and the table was in shock that I identified “the host said it was all all alcohol in my glass and tonic on the side.” It was not!!!”

The people are so nice! Doesn't take much to please me as a customer, clear communication. That's all. Which they did and threw in some beautiful smiles while they were at it. They saw me waiting outside in the heat and offered me a free meal and drink! Let me come in a little before opening time. I was waiting for them to open before I walked my way back home and I was so dehydrated and Walmart's drink machines swallowed my dollar and gave me nothing. Not even my money back. The food was delicious! I had the three piece whiting combo with fries and hush puppies! I ate every bite! Their tartar sauce *chef's kiss*. I drank Mango or peach juice mixed with lemonade. “Ah yes, one of the big three smoothie places, Smoothie King, along with the others Tropical Smoothie and Planet Smoothie. This location to me doesn't stand out in particular as nothing special but it probably is a good spot for a quick snack.

Food: Got what was called Peanut Power Plus w/ chocolate, has a nice source of vitamins and energy to get you throughout your day and plus it's chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate ? A 20 oz costs about $7.55, not bad, but not pricey either.

Service: When entering inside, there were just a few customers and the person taking my order didn't feel all that emotional and didn't feel excited to greet me, I wanted to think about what I was gonna get but I felt the need to rush myself but that's just me.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice.. almost too nice, I want to give it 5 stars but only 4 stars for some sense of purpose. Besides that, there are chairs in the lobby for you to sit down and there is a mobile order section, also you get to see how the workers make your order so that's cool, okay byeeeee”

I got one of each patty, jerk chicken and wings. It was great food. The plantains were hands down my favorite of all local spots I’ve tried.
If I had to give any feedback, it was warm inside (reminded me of being home in PR) but still warm. The rice didn’t taste fresh but it was still good.

I came here to write about your mild salsa though. I wish you could market it and sale it in stores!! I crave it during the week and live an hour away. I come once a week though with my mama. I wish you’d sale it in a milk jug or something because that stuff is the best salsa I’ve ever had in my entire life.”

“Had not been to waffle house in a while this day I decided to go there but never again. The prices have risen with economy that's understandable. My pork sausage with toast sandwich was close to 7 dollars and to add a drink would've been close to 11 dollars.”

“Three of us stopped in at your McDonough Ga location Thursday, April 13, about 2 pm to grab burgers. It was raining and our shoes were wet so we wiped them off on the rug just inside the door. My 72 year old wife was the first to enter your restaurant and as she stepped off the rug her feet went flying in different directions. We grabbed her before she hit the floor but we had trouble maintaining our balance because the floor was so slippery we couldn't get any traction. It was as if the floor was covered in grease. We had to hold each other up as we made our way to the counter to place our orders. The whole floor was slippery. When we mentioned it to the clerk she said it always does this when it rains. We took a seat in a booth to wait on our food and another female employee brought our food to us. When we mentioned it to her she said someone mopped the floor and didn't know what they were doing. As we were leaving another family came in and I warned them before they got off the rug. They also had to shuffle around. Whether it was a sweating floor from the rain or a greasy mop job I'm not sure. All I know is if my wife had hit the floor things would have turned quite nasty quickly. I can't believe your manager allowed customers in the door knowing how slick the floor was. Someone should be fired over this because next time your company won't be so lucky.”

“They are not paying attention to their tickets. Had to go back 3 times to get all the food we originally ordered and then had an additional 20 minute wait for food we ordered that was not brought out with our meal.”

“Great customer service and prices. They always run great specials and are on time with delivery. Friendly staff and the food is sooooo good. We eat there often.”
