“I ordered at the last minute not realizing they closed at 9 PM. As soon as I realized, I rushed over and right at 9 I received a call asking if I was still coming. I thought that was great customer service. When I arrived, the staff was just as pleasant and helpful in person, even though it was the end of the night and they were getting ready to leave.
Whoever is managing this location is doing an amazing job with the team that was on staff tonight!“

“My smoothie was fantastic—fresh and packed with flavor. The fruit tasted ripe and natural, not overly sugary, and every sip tasted better than the last. It was smooth and refreshing. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, making it feel both healthy and satisfying. Definitely one of the best smoothies I’ve had; I highly recommend Planet Smoothie.

“I ordered online, paid $8 to only receive a tiny bowl. I ordered the large, so my husband and I could share. it was literally enough for one person. apparently you get more if you order in person. what a rip off. not only that, the person who gave it to me was rude. what terrible service as well. hopefully this is a one time thing.“

“I decided to try my first açaí bowl ever and I came to his location.. Patrick was such a big help. I got the luau bowl and it WAS DELICIOUS!! I can’t believe I never tried an açaí bowl! It was made to perfection and I just ate it al up. Five stars and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!“
