My wife is battling cancer right now and I wanted to get her out the house so we went to Red Lobster since she loves seafood. We did not have a long wait time. Once we were seated the area was very cold. So I asked the waitress Kiambra if we could move to another seat. She granted our request even though it was not in her area. She was so kind and attentive to our needs. I really appreciate that. The food was delicious and well prepared. We had a wonderful evening thanks Kiambra.
As we walked in a group of people were leaving complaining about the customer service. We made reservations online & still had to wait. So we were on edge, however, it wasn't very long after our scheduled time we were seated. We waited a long time for our food because of a large party & the kitchen was backed up, the mgr told us. Came here today around 7:00 p.m. for dinner.
The wait time wasn’t long at all. We were able to get a table shortly after arriving.
I ordered 2 Maine lobster tails with a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. My meal was room temperature when it could have been hotter since the restaurant was not busy.
I’ve been to this location before and had ordered Snow Crab Legs which were also cold and had to be remade.
The atmosphere here was quiet and fairly clean.
