The personnel working there are all awesome, making for a great experience all around. The experience of eating good food is quite hard to find in this day and time. “Stopped to have lunch on Saturday around 1pm, parking lot was busy, but service was quick with very little wait. Tried their Reuben sandwich, I thought was very good. We had a butterburger with grilled onions, always excellent. Clean dining room, friendly service. 👍🏻“

“We Love our pregnant sweetie Pie greater she was so kind and informative about the menu. however our waitress didn't keep up the standard in which we are accustomed to when we come here. even though we were her only table she never came to check on us, I wanted another drink but Kayla never asked. also when we had to flag her down she rushed from the table. please don't allow her bad customer service to deter you the bartender who we spoke with and staff is usually on it! “My family and I were passing through from Tennessee to Florida and were welcomed at this Chick-Fil-A by Jim, who provided exceptional service and attention to my 1 year old son. Right when we walked in, he greeted us and allowed my son to pick out a toy for him to play with. Shortly after while ordering our food, he noticed my son pointing at a souvenir toy cow. He ended up giving the toy to my son free of charge. He made sure we had everything we needed and made our short visit in this area memorable, especially for my son. “My goodness i found a gem in McDonough was off today and decided to support local. And i was very satisfied. First off my server and bar hostess katie was absolutely pleasant and kind. She recommended her signature wings with the Seminole sauce and boy my taste buds were in for a surprise. I also tried the ham and pineapple pizza and a regular pepperoni slice. Also had a beer. But when i say i couldn't stop eating and thinking about these wings. My wife almost didnt get any but must try i highly recommend. Sorry i started eating before the 📸“

“i had the best customer service experience from marlee . she made sure my order was correct , fresh , & hot !!!! it wasn’t just steaming hot i mean as well as spicy hot !!!! it was nice & crispy . marlee also made sure i had my condiments & napkins . marlee is an exceptional employee & any workforce would be lucky to have her on the team . i will most definitely will be ordering from here again . just make sure marlee is there . no one can touch my food , but her lol . thank you for the most amazing food , service , & experience . i love it hereeeeee !!“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

“This is me and my husband's favorite spot to kick it at. Laid back no issues and always have a great server and food and the drinks are very good. Mat is our favorite server. Ariel is also an awesome server. For the past 5 yrs every Friday we come and every Friday it is constantly great“

“I had the 15pc hot wings and fries with a drink 3 times for lunch last week because they were very good for a good price. Crispy skin is the number 1 thing that makes me enjoy wings, I was not disappointed. Only $15 for the whole order, that is very reasonable. My friends really enjoyed the seafood as well. Only took 10 minutes for my food to come out and was hot & fresh each time.“

“Game area is fantastic for families. Food is great but the hostess on Sunday, July 13, 2025 was not very polite. Ask for a table near the gaming area, he said those are reserved. If you have to sit in the back room, I had young adolescents and wanted to be close to gaming floor. Have come to this Dave & Buster’s five or six times and always got a table near the game area He said they were reserved. I said never mind. I’ve been before and got table just walking in, went back and asked why they were reserved and he said they were short servers. I said I just want to sit there. I don’t mind waiting till one comes in. He said those are reserved And was not friendly. I said how do you reserve them he said online. I got online and you cannot reserve a certain spot. I went back and he said if you had let me tell you and not walked away, I would’ve told you how to get online.I said never mind. I have never run into this and all my times of coming here I will eat somewhere else, just did not want to walk around for 90 minutes of unlimited play for three kids and wait on them. I would have bought drinks and food. Just feel like he could’ve been more accommodating And it was not crowded at all. It was 11:30 AM and they had just opened. I would think if people are coming in person and want to sit in those foods they should be allowed in the server should be put there not in a very back room. I will drive on into an Atlanta one before I have someone being rude to me.“

“I've ordered twice from here. the first time was the white cheddar truffle mac, and it was amazing. today we ordered the pico mac and some mozzarella sticks and yet again it was amazing. I honestly don't think you can make a "wrong choice" as far as their menu goes. I'd rate this joint a solid 10/10.“
