“We Love our pregnant sweetie Pie greater she was so kind and informative about the menu. however our waitress didn't keep up the standard in which we are accustomed to when we come here. even though we were her only table she never came to check on us, I wanted another drink but Kayla never asked. also when we had to flag her down she rushed from the table. please don't allow her bad customer service to deter you the bartender who we spoke with and staff is usually on it! Just don't use Kayla“

“We ordered frozen custard pints, a malt, and watermelon lemon ice with custard in the drive through. The lemon ice was so delicious, we agreed it was our favorite and we'll be back for more flavors. We had our chocolate labrador in the back seat and the sweet employee offered him a pup cup, which of course he loved.
Didn't try any food today, but we'll be back!
Anyone reading this, get the lemon ice with custard!!“
“This was our first time to the MacDoungh, GA and it was great! Our home location is an hour away in Kennesaw, Ga.
The ONLY issue is the popularity of the place, which contributes to the long wait times to be seated and the extended time to be serviced at the table.“

“i had the best customer service experience from marlee . she made sure my order was correct , fresh , & hot !!!! it wasn’t just steaming hot i mean as well as spicy hot !!!! it was nice & crispy . marlee also made sure i had my condiments & napkins . marlee is an exceptional employee & any workforce would be lucky to have her on the team . i will most definitely will be ordering from here again . just make sure marlee is there . no one can touch my food , but her lol . thank you for the most amazing food , service , & experience . i love it hereeeeee !!“

“The best chicken since my Grandmothers' !!!! This experience is the best. I have had some good chicken from Canes'---I lived in Baton Rouge for many years--but Cowboy's is the best by far. The personnel working there are all awesome, making for a great experience all around. The experience of eating good food is quite hard to find in this day and time. Please convey to everyone that is associated that they are well thought of, and I convey that to everyone I know. Thanks again!!“
