“Today we visited the McDonough location Rick amazing and very personable. There was a mistake with or seating and he went above and beyond to make it right! Our waitress Iyana was the BOMB!!!! She was prompt, kind, kept up with our large party, patient with the kids, she never left us without, her spirit is beautiful!!! Who would have guessed she’d just started! Definitely a great asset! ? ?Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! Kid menu good!“

“Drove all the way from Villa Rica on a Friday afternoon to Axe Country with a 5pm appointment. Spoiler Alert: We were late with traffic. The owner was very gracious and extended our reservations by 30 mins. She also allowed us to add three additional people to our reservation when we arrived. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the atmosphere was amazing! Clean restrooms and the staff was super helpful.It’s a long drive, but we will probably be doing the majority of our axe throwing in McDonough at Axe Country moving forward!“

I had the Enchiladas Verdes but they forgot my salad. Please be aware when you order a drink be clear on the size as they automatically give you the medium (22 oz.) for $18.99. They have a smaller drink for less.“

“Went on a Friday night it's a small place with lots of good vibes they do hookah and they have outside patio seating .. live DJ vegan liquor !!! “I returned after a few months and a bad experience. (See below) The owner responded, apologized and invited me back. Thanks for doing that! I was wrong. TOTALLY different vibe today! Walked in to great rock and roll classics playing on a volume you can talk to others.The bartender was kind, professional, even though she was on the phone for a bit she acknowledged and served me right away.There was a mix of folks. “I didn't eat the food. My cousin said her burger was terrific. We sat in the area in the back. I saw the storage totes, and it felt like we were being thrown in the back. It throws me off if I see things in an area that shouldn't be there. It's felt like putting them in that back out of our way.It was my cousin's first restaurant/ lounge experience. She is 23 and has never experienced it, but the waiter made her experience unique. I believe his name was Mikey. He has a beautiful spirit. He even sang Happy Birthday. I would have given them four or three because of the host placement of our table. There were plenty of seats in the front, and she walked us straight to the back. I am more of an observer, and I read the energies, so I felt the reason for her putting us in the back.✨️I am grateful to have met Mikey. He is a beautiful young man, so her negative placement was a blessing. If you are ever there, sit in his section. He is also a master barber, working at the barbershop nearby. Ask him for his number. He has a fantastic following for his artistic hair-cutting style on TikTok. I wish I had remembered his page name. Go check him out. He has a beautiful smile and is easy to look at. He was the best waiter I have ever encountered. If I needed a haircut, I would have asked for his number. I took his ? because I wanted to remember him for my review. He didn't know I would use it, but it was a great service that deserves to be recognized. Thanks, Mikey! ✨️FYI: Tuesday is karaoke, and he said he would be there. If Mikey ever leaves, I won't return because of the energy I felt from the host. It sets the tone.“

“Okay bar. I personally feel a little claustrophobic on busy nights as it’s a pretty small “strip mall” bar and has 2 full size pool tables. So they take up a lot of room in a small place. Also the smoke can get overwhelming so just be prepared for that. Nice people and the drinks are good however. Service is also always very good.“

“The Bar Star name Khari was super and respectful, so courteous and kept me entertained by always asking me was I OK love her. She is amazing. Need no reviews cause she is bar star number one and Amazing with her smile. I will come back to this place and it was my first time here and it was amazing.“
