Moe's Southwest Grill offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The portions are generous, and the menu features vegetarian options like tofu, beans, and vegetables. While the menu can be complex, the staff is always helpful and enjoys their work. The queso is a standout, and the app allows for easy ordering ahead. Customers appreciate the efficient service and tasty food, with some highlighting the helpfulness of specific staff members. However, there have been a few instances of order mix-ups, which the management is working to address. The owner is committed to maintaining a positive customer experience and is open to collaborating with the local community on improving the restaurant's appearance.
