“I’ve had their coffee several times now and it has never disappointed. It’s not overly sweet and still keeps that rich coffee flavor without tasting bitter. They also offer a great selection of flavors. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, great-tasting cup of coffee.
The workers are also very upbeat and sweet. They clearly care about their customers, and it really shows.“

“My kids and I went for a quick small lunch/treat the other day and it was delicious! We enjoyed our visit. We sat and ate while listening to Christian music and it was quite relaxing! The girls at the counter were very helpful. The greeted us with a smile and offered some suggestions as well. We will definitely be returning!“

“I have been a regular at Starbucks Lake Dow since they first opened. This Starbucks is truly one of the best I have been to, and that is saying a lot.
They have GREAT customer service and they keep the same employees for long periods of time. This is something that I am grateful for as a customer of the franchise, since this leads to consistent results & friendly employees.
They are ALWAYS working and you will never see any laziness in this location. The drinks are always made well too.“

“Great customer service great friendliness and awesome greeting on the mic The lady with the purple hair you guys did a great job on hiring her she's the best now what I got was not made the best in the Starbucks history that I visit and trust me I visit them faithfully. But when you have great service great smiles great conversation you are forget about the bad food sometimes so keep up the good work but work on perfecting those cappuccinos please thank you“

“Been here twice and service is good and quick! I love how they have different meat options besides pork. Also dairy free options and flavors for their coffees and cream cheese. Great quality of food especially with the bagels! Highly recommend“
