Every question I had was answered with a smile, and he even offered me a sample of a dish I was hesitant to try. That gesture alone showed me how confident he was in the quality of the food they serve.

I’ve been back several times since that first visit, and the experience has remained consistently excellent. Kevin always greets me with a smile, and at this point, he even knows my order and prepares my plate with care.

The strawberry on top was fresh and the cupcakes were kept refrigerated, I assume, because they were nice and cool (not freezing cold or anything, just cool enough to preserve). My brother had the chocolate cupcake and he really liked it and the strawberry on his was fresh, too. The customer service was top tier! “When I lived in Clayton County, almost every other Friday my mom or dad would go here and get us something to eat. For me, it was either the chicken tenders or wings. The customer service is absolutely great and there was a young girl that used to work the counter sometimes (I believe a family owns it). My dad loves the owner/worker (his name is Kevin) and if this is your first time eating here, I'd highly suggest you keep revisiting. Also, the food tastes the same even when my grandpa gets me it sometimes.”

Traveling back home from a near by water park and decided to grab a bite to eat. Food was cooked to order and was DELICIOUS 😋! Everything was hot and and fresh! I purchased a 10 piece wing (half golden and half honey medium) with 1 piece catfish and rice. The wings weren't over cooked or under like some places. They were flavorful with a nice firmness and crunch to the bite even after being dipped in their sauces. The catfish was golden brown with flaky fried skin and seasoned to perfection. The rice was some of the best I've ever had and complimented the other items well. This was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely be back!”

Mrs. Ray assisted me in locating a store nearby, and she made sure the next time one of her drivers serviced that particular store, they would have gallons of my requested ice cream. Boy oh boy! Thank you so much for continuing to make Blue Bell my favorite brand of ice cream!”

“I had not eaten at Long John Silver’s since the early 2000’s, back when there was one located on Moreland Ave., so this visit brought back so many memories for me. What made it even more special was being able to share the experience with my wife.

From the very first bite, I felt like I had traveled right back to my childhood. The food tasted exactly how I remembered it: crispy, golden, hot, and full of that classic flavor that made Long John Silver’s special. The fish, shrimp, and hushpuppies brought back that familiar taste I remembered so well.

One new addition for me was the waffle fries, and they were a great surprise. They were crispy, seasoned well, and paired perfectly with the meal while still keeping that classic Long John Silver’s feel.

This was more than just a meal. It was a memory brought back to life. Food has a way of connecting us to moments from the past, and this visit reminded me of simpler times, family, and being a kid again. Being able to share that feeling with my wife made it even better.

Long John Silver’s still has that same classic taste, with a nice new touch from the waffle fries. I truly enjoyed every bite.
