I ask A LOT of questions and I know that not everyone has the patience or bandwidth to assist me. Shatita was helpful, HONEST, and caring. I got a bacon and egg muffin with a caramel latte and extra shot of espresso. It was perfection. (Literally scoffed down my sandwich so I don’t have a pic, but it was even buttered!)

I’ve been at Tim Horton for a couple of hours doing work now and she has constantly checked up on me and my partner and has been pleasant. I feel like I’m at home - that’s never happened to me at a place like this. I’m glad I came.“

I ordered a large and received a medium several times which was disappointing. Most cashiers do not seem overly friendly. I would even go as far to say that at one of the locations the staff was disrespectful.“
