“We placed a last-minute Uber Eats order right before closing, and not only did they accept it, but Tracy called personally when an item was out. She was so kind, and we told her to just sub in whatever worked. Instead, they completely spoiled us with extra pastries, donut holes, and a perfect breakfast sandwich. Incredible service, amazing people, and delicious treats. What she didn't know is we've been dealing with post-flood chaos in my home for weeks and it's been frustrating and anxiety ridden and this small act of kindness meant so very much to us. “I ordered three bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches, one dozen glazed donuts, two boba teas and three strawberry cheesecake glazed donuts. The lady that was working over charged me. I pointed out that she over charged me for the breakfast sandwiches. The other young lady that was working became rude and started using profanity. I explained that if each sandwich is 3.99 + 1.25 to add bacon. making the total 5.24 per sandwich the total for all three sandwiches is $15.72 not $23.22. Well the young lady was beyond mad speaking in a different language, cursing, and very rude simply because I didn't want to be overcharged.“
