“Stopped in this morning to get my coworkers some breakfast. I’ve had Tim Hortons twice in my life but both times someone brought the breakfast to a meeting so I wasn’t real sure what the menu offered.

I have a coworker with a food allergy and he can only eat certain food. There wasn’t a breakfast option for him, other than pastry’s, and he doesn’t need anything sweet.

The manager on duty went out of her way and made him an off-menu item. She didn’t have to do that but it speaks volumes of her character and willingness to put the customer first.

It was a great gesture that made me a TH fan for life! Also, the food was delicious.“

“I come here quite often since it’s so close to work it’s convenient, but I continue to come back because they are amazing people. The only dunkin I been to that doesn’t totally mess up my drinks and serve it with an attitude. Not here it’s a blessing to my day see their beautiful, smiling faces.
