“Hi there! My name is Alexandra, and my son and I come in just about every day, sometimes early, sometimes later, but have been an avid Dunkin goer for many years now! With ALL the Dunkins that I have ever been to, I want to say that this location is HANDS DOWN the most CONSISTENT (THIS IS HUGE for me), kind, and professional - THEY GET IT RIGHT EVERYTIME! There are a bunch of great new employees I've seen lately, but I want to DEFINITELY shout out MADELYN and SALEM- They are the best- My coffee Dunkin' experience doesn't get any better but with them!

“I was in town visiting from Los Angeles in October and I was following the coffee shop for a few weeks before I got there and I must tell you it was off the charts. People were friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was great. I came back to LA very disappointed dealing with all those ridiculous Starbucks. I can’t wait to come out there and live and make this coffee shop. My home place.“

“Always a line but hospitable staff. It's a Starbucks us know theyre all the same just like Chick- fil-A. Watch out for the onslaught of soccer mom's with 9 modifiers delaying the line, but if that's your only complaint then your day is pretty darn smooth right.“

“I walked in today about 9:30am. No one greeted me but talked amongst themselves and the cashier waited in silence to take my order. A well dressed couple walked in behind me and the store greeted them and enthusiastically took their order. This is the second time I've noticed different treatment towards me at this location. I like their coffee but it's hurtful to feel unwelcomed.“

“If you like your coffee good and always tasting amazing that’s also served by amazing staff. This is your store. I have been visiting this location since it was built and been through many transitions. However if you know anything about Starbucks from here all the way to Henry County then you know the Name Missy Watkins. Any location she manages is top notch. She is back and i could not be more excited. Again this will be my go to store again!“

“Opening day way exciting and awesome! The food was delicious and regardless of being a bit short staffed the whole team jumped in to make it a great experience for the patrons. When Iean everyone, I mean everyone from Marketing down to the Manager was greeting patrons or cleaning tables to get the customers in and out of the restaurant. Chips and Salsa was appetizing and refreshing. The guacamole was yummy, enchiladas were delightful and the tacos were absolutely delicious with the fresh made to order tortillas!!!“
“Went there this afternoon around six and I’ve been thinking about it all day. The barista that was there made me the BEST chai latte I have ever tasted in my life. I regularly travel between PTC, Atlanta, and Decatur, and this location is the best I’ve ever been to. Quality is and always has been great and consistent.“

“Great coffee and excellent staff! I have gotten a little bit of what looks like coffee grounds in my drink, but hey, things happen 🤷♀️ doesn’t overpower my love for the coffee. If you see the 1 star reviews from a month ago, it looks like a group of friends have personal beef with one of the workers or something because they all mentioned them… I don’t think 7 Brew would employ someone who is actually rude to customers so I don’t believe them.
If you’re hesitant because of the health inspection score they got a while back, don’t be. One, they learned from their mistakes and got better. Two, if you have ever worked at a restaurant, you know the kitchen only follow *certain* rules when there is an inspection. Doesn’t mean it’s not kept clean and safe, it is. Getting deducted points for “improperly washing hands” is easy to get from the health department unless you are trying to scrub into surgery. And I know most people don’t scrub in to cook at home so 🤷♀️😂“
