With ALL the Dunkins that I have ever been to, I want to say that this location is HANDS DOWN the most CONSISTENT (THIS IS HUGE for me), kind, and professional - THEY GET IT RIGHT EVERYTIME! “Opening day way exciting and awesome! The food was delicious and regardless of being a bit short staffed the whole team jumped in to make it a great experience for the patrons. When Iean everyone, I mean everyone from Marketing down to the Manager was greeting patrons or cleaning tables to get the customers in and out of the restaurant. Chips and Salsa was appetizing and refreshing. The guacamole was yummy, enchiladas were delightful and the tacos were absolutely delicious with the fresh made to order tortillas!!!“

“Stopped in this morning to get my coworkers some breakfast. I’ve had Tim Hortons twice in my life but both times someone brought the breakfast to a meeting so I wasn’t real sure what the menu offered.

I have a coworker with a food allergy and he can only eat certain food. There wasn’t a breakfast option for him, other than pastry’s, and he doesn’t need anything sweet.

The manager on duty went out of her way and made him an off-menu item. She didn’t have to do that but it speaks volumes of her character and willingness to put the customer first.

It was a great gesture that made me a TH fan for life! Also, the food was delicious.“

“I walked in today about 9:30am. No one greeted me but talked amongst themselves and the cashier waited in silence to take my order. A well dressed couple walked in behind me and the store greeted them and enthusiastically took their order. This is the second time I've noticed different treatment towards me at this location. I like their coffee but it's hurtful to feel unwelcomed.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks every day for years and there has been many managers come and go at this location. Half the time my order was never right and the crew was never friendly. But for the last 2years I can actually say I enjoy going in and getting my coffee fix. The manager Joyce is absolutely the best decision this Kroger has made. She and her staff is always friendly and always makes sure I leave a happy customer. Joyce has also made it a lot cleaner since she has been there. She actually comes out to the dining area and has conversations with all her guests. My friends and I meet there once or twice a week and she will come out and ask how are week is going and she always has my husband laughing.
Great job Kroger for bringing Joyce and her crew to our neighborhood.“

“I come here quite often since it’s so close to work it’s convenient, but I continue to come back because they are amazing people. The only dunkin I been to that doesn’t totally mess up my drinks and serve it with an attitude. Not here it’s a blessing to my day see their beautiful, smiling faces. “I personally have never had a bad experience here! We actually go out of our way to go here because of how consistent the drinks are, specially the iced coffee. Their chocolate munchkins and blueberry muffins are always fresh. Not to mention the staff is very friendly. We had a little mixup with our mobile order at the window, and the young lady today was very apologetic and kind. This was just an issue with their system. Love it here!
