“Have a new client in the Fayetteville area and we meet early morning. Gremlin Growlers is blessedly open at that time, and they took pity on my poor un-caffeinated self. They have truly fantastic coffee and service. My daily caffeine dose came with dark chocolate this AM and was perfect. Funky cool atmosphere and great staff. Will absolutely make this a go-to when I'm nearby!“

“From the time we walked in the door you could feel nothing but good vibes I watched customers leave with smiles on their faces and how the owners interacted with them for me customer service is everything first but then that COBBLER FILLED COOKIE!! UMMUMMUMM WAS SO GOOD!! The sweet potato cobbler Excellent was nice and warm! I got the peach cobbler for my mom and mother in love and they both enjoyed it!! I've been to other locations but I must say this one topped them all 5☆'s for me!! And I loved the location surrounding area I will surely come back!! I recommend if you haven't tried this LOCATION GO & YOUR TASTE BUDS WILL THANK YOU!“

“I was in the area and wanted some ice cream. Can you imagine how excited I was when I searched Yelp and found Scoops??? Omgggggggggggg. I pulled in and was immediately in love with the area. Scoops sits towards the middle near the park and sits cozy in the corner. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the staff and SUPER EXCITED by the bright colors, old skool candy, and assortment of ice cream. Oh yes, this place is a gem and I am ready to go gem hunting. LoL. I can’t lie, choosing a flavor was sooooooooo hard. As such, I had to get a few samples. I tried the: Lemon Cheesecake and the Yellow Cake Batter Ok. As Cookies & Cream is my go to, I had to go outside of my comfort zone. Man listen, I wanted BOTH OF THEM. The flavor profiles are super robust and the ice cream is extra creamy. Oh my gosh, I’m talking a melt in your mouth, smooth, thick texture that is absolutely delicious. Drum Roll………… I got the Yellow Cake Batter with an Ultimate Waffle Cone… the rest is history. Oh My Goshhhhhhhhh… is there such a thing as Ice Cream Induced Happiness???? If so…. I’m in it!!!!!! Ok. I gotta get back to my cone. Come get you one!“

“Opening day way exciting and awesome! The food was delicious and regardless of being a bit short staffed the whole team jumped in to make it a great experience for the patrons. When Iean everyone, I mean everyone from Marketing down to the Manager was greeting patrons or cleaning tables to get the customers in and out of the restaurant. Chips and Salsa was appetizing and refreshing. The guacamole was yummy, enchiladas were delightful and the tacos were absolutely delicious with the fresh made to order tortillas!!!“

“Stopped in this morning to get my coworkers some breakfast. I’ve had Tim Hortons twice in my life but both times someone brought the breakfast to a meeting so I wasn’t real sure what the menu offered.
I have a coworker with a food allergy and he can only eat certain food. There wasn’t a breakfast option for him, other than pastry’s, and he doesn’t need anything sweet.
The manager on duty went out of her way and made him an off-menu item. She didn’t have to do that but it speaks volumes of her character and willingness to put the customer first.
It was a great gesture that made me a TH fan for life! Also, the food was delicious.“

“This is my 2md review -- The young cashier was unaccomodating. Placed my order & he immediately told me I could tip here (tapped a box). I had asked for honey for my croissant sandwich. He throws the bag at me. I checked for my honey, there wasnt any. Asked for it & got a eye roll look. I'm a former restaurant owner & server. I'm overly nice as I KNOW how hard this business is. This type of behavior will ruin a good business.
1 st review. -- Great food. Coffee was good but they still need a bit more training in customer service. Had to ask for cream, sugar, stir stick & napkins.
The sandwich was great & the Apple Fritter were super.“

“Always a line but hospitable staff. It's a Starbucks us know theyre all the same just like Chick- fil-A. Watch out for the onslaught of soccer mom's with 9 modifiers delaying the line, but if that's your only complaint then your day is pretty darn smooth right.“

“If you like your coffee good and always tasting amazing that’s also served by amazing staff. This is your store. I have been visiting this location since it was built and been through many transitions. However if you know anything about Starbucks from here all the way to Henry County then you know the Name Missy Watkins. Any location she manages is top notch. She is back and i could not be more excited. Again this will be my go to store again!“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks every day for years and there has been many managers come and go at this location. Half the time my order was never right and the crew was never friendly. But for the last 2years I can actually say I enjoy going in and getting my coffee fix. The manager Joyce is absolutely the best decision this Kroger has made. She and her staff is always friendly and always makes sure I leave a happy customer. Joyce has also made it a lot cleaner since she has been there. She actually comes out to the dining area and has conversations with all her guests. My friends and I meet there once or twice a week and she will come out and ask how are week is going and she always has my husband laughing.
Great job Kroger for bringing Joyce and her crew to our neighborhood.“

“I was in town visiting from Los Angeles in October and I was following the coffee shop for a few weeks before I got there and I must tell you it was off the charts. People were friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was great. I came back to LA very disappointed dealing with all those ridiculous Starbucks. I can’t wait to come out there and live and make this coffee shop. My home place.“
