They never get my order correct so much so that I just skipped this location altogether
Corporate needs to do better for this location. Typically to no fault of the staff are things irregular. Lack of signage and parking make this location a nightmare when it’s busy!!
Waited 15 minutes for drinks ordered from drive thru. Had to pull into parking spot and “hope they found right car” cause NO signage for dunkin customers who are waiting for orders…and I’m not only vehicle who went thru drive thru and is now waiting for their drinks.

Dunkin' offers a welcoming atmosphere with pleasant employees who provide great customer service. The drinks are consistently of good taste and quality. The staff is friendly and energetic, with some employees going above and beyond to turn around a customer's day. This Dunkin' on Mount Zion Parkway and Mount Zion Road is fresh inside and beautiful. The cold brew is yummy! People are nice. While there may be occasional issues with in-store pick-up orders or old donuts, the coffee and baked goods are generally good, and the manager is apologetic and professional. The drive-thru signal is loud. Customers have noted the vibrant energy of employees like Jerrod and Josh B., whose positive attitudes enhance the experience. Many visit this location frequently, especially for an iced coffee in the afternoon, and appreciate that their orders are made correctly.
