Rico's Hibachi & Wings offers delicious food, with the chicken hibachi and wings being popular choices. The service is known for being quick and accommodating to requests, with a friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and not overcrowded. Prices are a bit higher, but the fresh, made-to-order food, such as the shrimp fried rice and egg rolls, receive high praise. However, some customers have reported long waiting times and issues with additional charges for customizations.
Recent customer reviews mention both positive and negative experiences. One customer was satisfied with their order of honey hot wings and shrimp fried rice, while another found the lemon pepper wings to be unseasoned and dry. Conversely, a third customer praised the restaurant, describing the wings combo and hibachi plate as being "on point."
