The place is super cold even on the cold days outside. The group we had to go outside numerous of time to get a little warm. Go buy extra sweaters because of the cold. Food came out was cold. Fries were taken back to re cook. Upfront with cards not being credited but the cashier. People in the kitchen were rude and they don't wear gloves to prepare the trays. But overall the kids had fun.
My son loves to come to this location. The staff is great and very helpful. I particularly had a dilemma with a transaction and Chrissy was very informative and helpful. Thank you so much.

Place is nice, a little small, seeing that they seem to host a lot of birthday parties, so it's a little close with all the games, but nice over all, my kids liked the picture machine mostly and the mascot came out which was good.
