“It was me and my husband's 1st time trying this company out. The guy with the tattoo on his neck that worked both the line and register today 2/18/2024 am, was not flustered nor timid that both the line inside and drive through was wrapped. Instead he greet each and every one with a warm welcoming tone, continued to thanked each person for their buisness and apologized for the wait each time he spoke to a new person. WOW! AMAZING MAN. You are appreciated sir. It takes allot to not rub off morning qorks to others, and your dedication to giving off good energy was very much seen and felt.We will be back.“
“I gave this establishment a 1 star rating for atmosphere because of the female manager with the blonde braids. She was taking the orders on the speaker, she was impatient and rude, and when I approached the window and acknowledged who she was, walking around the kitchen with no hair net on, I also observed that she was even aggressive and rude with the staff. I told them I was going to write a review. Because her behavior should be addressed. Outside of that, everything was great“
“I came from NC to ATL and had to come see what I was missing and I was NOT disappointed! The food was amazing Julez was our server and she was MORE than amazing! I had shrimp and grits and a waffle, don’t judge me lol! I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit ❤️“

This place should be 5 stars! lol Found this gem by accident, we were in Atlanta for the Delta Hops and hangar and we stayed in the Kimpton Hotel and saw this super cute Chick-fil-A and we did not know that this is the Dwarf House! of course I was excited.... we have been here twice, but the first time we only went here for milkshake and it was the best! Second time we made sure we stop by to eat at the actual diner look a like inside. We went for breakfast with our friends and got the Chick fil a skillet and the loaded fries for our appetizers, trust me! we want to order everything but need to control ourselves. Everything was amazing! cook perfectly and very tasty!I agree with the reviews, this is a must stop when you are close to the ATL airport. This particular Chick fil a is called the Dwarf House and they actually lived up to that expectation. On the front of the restaurant there is a small door that actually opens and you can go inside using that door! it's so cute! They also serves different kind of foods that you cannot order at your normal Chick fil a and the staff here are always super nice!Just a tip! they can be busy since this is a tourist spot- be here early in the morning to avoid the wait, we were here around 8:30 am and we did not need to wait and got seated right away. Also, look around the whole restaurant they have different memorabilia and on the restroom on the normal Chick fil a you can actually see the handwritten wall letters/reviews for Chick Fil a.“

“It was a busy Chick-fil-A a long the highway, we stopped for a quick snack and bathroom break. Prime time lunch hours but the staff was fast and friendly. The manager was checking on customers throughout the store, and hurried along bathroom cleaning so no one had to wait in line.“

“On yesterday my lunch with the Fayetteville location was fantastic. I got reassured by the manager that my order would be right. I later learned that they were training new personnel. Walking out satisfied with my meal it wasn't until today that I realized I had left my wallet. So a few moments ago I called to ask if I had left my wallet. The manager Tony said "it's in the safe". In these times it's nice to know I can trust chicken salad chicken with my food health and they won't abuse my wallet. Lol“
“1st visit, I ordered a seafood boil bag: shrimp, 2 crab leg clusters, corn, potato, an egg, sausage (mild heat, all seasonings) Very good, Lick your finger flavors! Frozen, mango lemonade served in a “different “ plastic cup (I liked it)… Frozen drink was PLEASINGLY tasty. Good customer svc and the price was fair.“
