It was a busy Chick-fil-A a long the highway, we stopped for a quick snack and bathroom break. Prime time lunch hours but the staff was fast and friendly. The manager was checking on customers throughout the store, and hurried along bathroom cleaning so no one had to wait in line.
I had great customer service and the food was fantastic the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I went to eat there for the hot brown platters and they were out of them so I had to get something else even though my food I ended up getting was very good but the lady that took my order was absolutely a

Usually the best in the business, but sometimes a little faulty on accuracy. If I wait in a drive-thru line for 25 minutes because of how busy it is, I expect that my order will be correct.
