This was a delivery order! So I don't know whose fault that it was lukewarm! And I have found thru the years that MCDONALD'S DOESN'T CHANGE THEIR OIL OFTEN ENOUGH! I love McDonald's food, so there is no problem about that, but the service was really lacking. One of the employees was kind of rude, yelling at customers and ignoring requests. I came on a school trip, so they had almost 40 order coming in at once, but blowing up on people is not the right way to handle it.
