i pulled up with a $100 bill and paid 10.35 and only got $70. we were shorted $20. and when we explained to them that the math was wrong she said we were liars. got our money back tho ??♀️

I love McDonald's food, so there is no problem about that, but the service was really lacking. One of the employees was kind of rude, yelling at customers and ignoring requests. I came on a school trip, so they had almost 40 order coming in at once, but blowing up on people is not the right way to handle it. The benches were missing cushions, and instead of putting away the clearly broken drink dispenser, they just taped a "do not use" piece of paper to it. Overall, the place was pretty ghetto.

This was a delivery order! So I don't know whose fault that it was lukewarm! And I have found thru the years that MCDONALD'S DOESN'T CHANGE THEIR OIL OFTEN ENOUGH! THEY FRY ALL KINDS OF FOOD IN THE SAME GREASE! I USED TO GO TO MCDONALD'S JUST FOR THEIR FRIES ?! But now I dread getting an order of them! They don't taste good and have AN AWFUL AFTER TASTE! I can only eat them smothered in ketchup! And they still leave an after taste!Y'all are a billion dollar business, I think you can afford a fry basket for the fries ? alone! Or at least more oil and make it mandatory for the oil to be changed at a certain time period to keep it fresh!I miss my good ole MCDONALD'S fries!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair entrances!
