Drive thru service is subpar at this location. It’s always something but this time after waiting in that slow moving line they had my order mixed up because I guess the person that took my order put in the wrong name. Get to the window, they figure out what I ordered after asking multiple times and was told it’s gonna be a “minute” because I ordered grilled nuggets. Every time I use a reward in drive thru at this location it’s an issue so I may just need to take a break from this one or ride down to Eagles Landing. Get it together people.

Usually the best in the business, but sometimes a little faulty on accuracy. If I wait in a drive-thru line for 25 minutes because of how busy it is, I expect that my order will be correct. That did not happen and was a bit frustrating considering how long the wait was. Again, they're the best there is, but my last visit wasn't the greatest showing.Edit 4/10/24 - removing another star. I have to say, the quality of service at this location has been steadily declining. I'm not sure if it's a failure in hiring standards or what, but the sluggishness of the experience has been getting worse. They are becoming noticeably less efficient, and the time waiting in the drive-thru is borderline unacceptable lately.Orders are also inaccurate with increasing frequency. I used to not even check the bag when I received my food because I had no reason to; I had full confidence in the earnestness of the staff. That is no longer the case. We check every time because the likelihood of something being wrong has increased tenfold.Chickfila is the gold standard in the "fast" food industry, but if these trends continue, I'll just have to find a different place to visit for my midweek dinner. The chicken is good, but it's not the chief reason people are loyal to Chickfila, and it won't save them from losing significant business if they continue to slip in quality. Hopefully, they figure out how to move back toward the old guard philosophy and business culture that garnered such loyal customers in the first place.

We did not get food or service. We sat and waited and waited. Two wait staff and 6 customers. After motioning for the waitress a older lady. She was very nasty. I told her we dont have menus and NO one has came by our table. She said oh let me get you a menu it will be my pleasure. There was NO pleasure in her voice just condescending. She put the menus on the table and walked off. I have never had this BAD of service at Chick-fil-a before. I'm 58 yrs old and have been to Chick-fil-a many times. So if you go to this restaurant only go to the self serv side or you'll be waiting. Shame on you.

Like all locations that I have been to, the food at this restaurant was good. The person that greeted me and took my order was nice as expected. However, I was several disappointed that I was told that I would have to go inside to order a grilled cheese sandwich ?. Here I am, in the drive thru with at least 8 cars ahead of me and probably 13 or more behind, attempting to order food and being told that I can’t. Here are the issues…1) You either selling food or you aren’t.2) I am a customer that isn’t being served and I almost cancelled the entire order.3) I am a person with a disability being asked to unload myself and come inside( drive thru serves a purpose) in order to get a grilled cheese sandwich. So I have to wait for Ty e cars in front to move, circle around and get out. DEFINITELY NOT satisfied with my visit.4) No one inside the drive thru door looked or acted happy. That’s how I felt ??‍♀️.

It was a busy Chick-fil-A a long the highway, we stopped for a quick snack and bathroom break. Prime time lunch hours but the staff was fast and friendly. The manager was checking on customers throughout the store, and hurried along bathroom cleaning so no one had to wait in line.
