The food was good, but the customer service was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and followed the drive-thru sign directing me to the first window since the intercom was broken. When I tried to explain I had a mobile order, the attendant interrupted me, told me to come inside, and shut the window. Inside, after waiting in line, the same attendant rudely asked why I didn't just say I had a mobile order at the window. Great food, but the service needs serious improvement.
They never let me down I love my KFC
Not much to tell, I hit the drive true!😄

KFC, a well-known fried chicken restaurant, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. While one customer had a pleasant experience with a helpful and kind staff member, another was dissatisfied with the behavior of the female manager, who was described as impatient, rude, and aggressive towards both customers and staff. However, the customer who grew up near the original KFC location in Corbin, Kentucky, fondly recalled the affordable and delicious fried chicken they used to enjoy. Recently, customers have mentioned that the Cherry pie poppers are good, especially when requested to be put in the oven instead of fried. Some feedback noted that the chicken could have been fresher. On a positive note, a staff member named Dayveon received high praise for his excellent service with the spicy chicken sandwich, with a customer stating he deserves a raise. However, there were also complaints about the focus on delivery drivers and issues with the kiosks in the lobby, which don't work well. Overall, the reviews suggest a varied customer experience at this KFC establishment, with some claiming it is better than Popeyes in Riverdale, GA.
