On 08/22/26 I came around 7:30 ish and ordered a #13 club sandwich. At the microphone, I had to correct the young lady when ordering that I’d like a club sandwich, she agreed. I pull around to pay, I clarify that I ordered a club sandwich she says I did, I paid. I was instructed to pull up after paying as my food was not ready yet, no problem (I also clarified again, 3rd time so far) . It was slow and unprofessional. Will not go back. This was the breakfast rush.
