I placed a mobile order which did not get filled until 30 minutes after arriving to pickup what was supposed to be ready at 9:15. Orders after I arrived were filled before mine and then I was told there were no frostys available and I couldn't get a refund for that part of my order. The young adults that were at the counter waiting for their order when i arrived seemed to have distracted the entire staff as they giggled and laughed while only focusing on their order. The up front guy/ cashier is someone I look forward to seeing entry time I go in. His positive attitude and how much effort he puts into his job make my day better every time I eat lunch here.And the food is always on point. This is the best wendys I've ever been to.

Ordered the maple bacon chicken sandwich and they gave me the cheap crispy chicken sandwich meat instead of the chicken breast. Never had this happen at any other Wendys, only the one in Jonesboro, Ga on Jonesboro Road next to Sam’s.
