I come here alot after I get off of work due to me being too tired to cook, their service at night is horrible and unwelcoming even when lines aren't long, food is good tho 👍🏾
I had to stop going. I typically do drive-thru and the wait has become ridiculously long! One time it was 30 minutes. I know, I should have left. Not only that the fries were cold and the drink was watery like it had sat a while. Then there are the times they ask you to pull up when there is no one behind you to trick the service timer into showing they got you through the drive-thru in a timely manner. Annoying! I went to this location and the person taking orders through the drive thru was so friendly and energetic, I felt the great energy through the intercom, pulled to the window and he gave the same energetic customer service that's needed in food service, he was kind and that's who I want to take my order everytime I go to this location, His name is Steve, Thank you sir for making the day of everyone who comes through and hear your voice, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE 🙏🏾
