“We took our grandson here for the Liberty Meal, which shockingly appeared nowhere on the signage or kiosk ordering station. A nearby employee knew nothing of it so we just ordered the equivalent from the menu. During our meal, Destiny, the manager, approached us and we asked about the Liberty Meal and if she could adjust the pricing of our meals. Although this was not a straightforward task due to their payment system, Destiny made it happen and even provided a small Patriot Shake for our grandson. It was not clear to us how a nationwide ad campaign does not show up on the only available way to order (kiosk), but the food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and the service from Destiny was kind and caring.“

“Steak nuggets are a hit, This is my second time getting some in about five days. They are tasty tender, and the barbecue sauce that goes with them is really good. I believe they have a winner! The service had a little bit of an issue because I think the cashier is multitasking!“

“My experience at Steak ‘n Shake was a normal one. I walked in, placed my order, and the service was pretty standard—not overly friendly, but not rude either. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and it was exactly what I expected.

We are always greeted with a smile. The chicken never disappoints always hot and spicy like we ask for. The area is always cleaned and maintained. Always professional. “🚨 Public Service Announcement Yesterday afternoon, I decided to have lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in Union City — Dairy Queen Grille & Chill (6627 Roosevelt Hwy). Those who know me know I’m a stickler for excellent customer service, so when I witness something unacceptable, I speak up. While waiting in line, a middle-aged woman in a manual wheelchair was ahead of me. Sadly, what I witnessed next was nothing short of disturbing. The cashier on duty was rude, dismissive, and downright nasty to this woman. It was clear the guest was a regular, yet the cashier showed her no respect or compassion. Out loud, in front of everyone, the cashier scolded her, saying, “I need you to get your **** together.” Let’s be clear — as a cashier or any customer service professional, it is never your place to demean or publicly embarrass a customer, especially one with physical challenges. When it was my turn to order, the same cashier was just as rude to me. She incorrectly assumed I wanted three #5 meals, and when I corrected her and asked if my meal came with a drink, her attitude grew worse. She slammed a cup, lid, and straw onto the counter in frustration — completely unprofessional behavior. My inner voice told me, “Don’t do it, Kirk. Let it go.” But I couldn’t ignore what I had just seen. When the lady in the wheelchair received her order, it broke my heart to watch her struggle to balance her bag of food on her lap while maneuvering her chair toward the door. I immediately offered to help, and she graciously accepted. Meanwhile, the cashier stood behind the counter, watching and smirking, making no attempt to assist this customer. That was the last straw for me. I sat down and completed the Fan Feedback Survey right then and there, hoping it reached the appropriate management. I made it clear that this cashier needs retraining or reassignment to a position that doesn’t involve direct customer interaction. Her behavior is a blemish on this franchise — and absolutely does not reflect Dairy Queen’s brand values. This location has a wall dedicated to children’s health centers, including what appears to be a photo of a child in a wheelchair. The irony is heartbreaking. As much as I love Dairy Queen’s food and appreciate how clean this location is, I refuse to support any establishment that allows its employees to mistreat customers — especially those with physical challenges. “While up in Newnan running around with Mom (Tue 3/4) decided to grab dinner before heading home. I've always loved this Pizza Hut. My timing was excellent and my food was ready just as scheduled before heading into Kroger a few doors down to shop. Everything was fresh and still rather hot by the time we got back to Lanett. My only issue is I clearly didn't order extra garlic parm sauce for my second pizza. My mistake, but still traditional marinara and all everything was amazing. Loving my leftovers today. Thanks team. Can't wait to order again when I'm up in the area.“

THE PORTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! EVERYTHING IVE TRIED ON THE MENU IS A1 (MEI FUN, LO MEIN, CURRY FRIED RICE, MONGOLIAN CHICKEN, MANDARIN FRIED CHICKEN & THOSE AMAZING CRAB RANGOON!!! Their prices have always been good and if you get the two meat and rice combo, a lot of times you have food left over for later which is another plus. “Captain Discord hasn't changed much over the years. That's fine for the food, I always get the meal experience I'm expecting but the decor hasn't changed in ages so the interiors seem stuck in the past and could use a refresh. For take-out, the decor is a non-issue though.“

“I used to be a General Manager at a Firehouse Subs in Gwinnett so I speak as both a customer and former manager when I say: this store has a great night crew. Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized - exactly what the shop should look and feel like. I am a recent transplant to Fayetteville and will definitely revisit this location again.“

“I am handicapped but called the nearest Jersey Mike's. Normally they do not take phone because people don't show up and they have wasted too much food. I explained how difficult it is for me to get out my walker or cane(slower than molasses) and the young man understood my difficulty and offered to bring my sandwich to the car.
