Jersey Mike's Subs is a beautiful and extremely clean store. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and exudes joy, maintaining great customer service even when the lobby is packed and the line is long. They are fast, courteous, and engage in good banter, making the wait seem effortless. The team is also extremely accommodating and takes allergy protocols very seriously, using separate utensils and taking meticulous precautions for items like gluten free subs.
The location is committed to freshness, with bread and produce prepared daily, and to following exact brand standards for portion sizes. The sandwiches, such as the cheesesteak or a super sub made Mike's Way with plenty of toppings, are consistently excellent. The staff ensures every order is correct and made to the customer's liking. Recent retraining has resolved any past issues with consistency, accuracy, or delays. This Jersey Mike's is dedicated to providing every customer with a great experience, making it a great lunch spot and the best Jersey Mike's in the area, where customers will definitely return.
