Based on the reviews, Chick-fil-A is known for friendly and nice employees who provide great hospitality and service. One employee, Olivia, was kind, respectful, and had a genuine positive attitude. Another employee, Ms. Amber, was amazing, really friendly, and very patient. The staff made an out of towner feel at home. However, there were issues with orders. One customer ordered a family meal and their fries were missing. Another customer found their chicken biscuit was cold. A third customer forgot a part of their order, but an employee ran after the car to fix it. The food came out quick for breakfast on Christmas Eve, and staff came to the table multiple times to offer free refills. The service was described as a perfect experience.
