Love this place, love the location, employees, the food. All 5 stars to everyone I've met here. Never an issue. I probably visit this location a minimum once a week. Great example of how a fast food location should run.

Arby's, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. The drive-thru service is reported to be efficient, and the restaurant's cleanliness is praised, earning a high score of 96. The menu options have expanded, offering a variety of choices, including the crispy fish sandwich, cheesesteak sandwich, and gyro. Recently, the return of the 2 for $6.99 fish sandwiches has caught attention, with customers noting the good size of the fish, although some have mentioned that it might be taken out of the fryer too soon.
However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the temperature of the food, which is not always hot. Additionally, one customer was unhappy that the cheesesteak sandwich did not include the advertised red and green peppers, which they felt would have improved the overall taste. A recent visit also highlighted a lack of customer service, as one individual experienced rudeness from a staff member at the drive-thru, contrasting with other reports of top-tier service.
Despite these minor issues, the restaurant is generally well-received. One customer shared a touching experience where the staff showed kindness during a difficult time, further enhancing their positive view of the restaurant. Overall, Arby's seems to provide a satisfactory dining experience, with a focus on efficiency and cleanliness.
