I wanted to say this is the cleanest Arby's I have been In. The staff was nice and our food came quick. Great job, guys!

Had got a BLT from there it wasn’t that good drinks were flat I can’t believe I wasted $12 on that it messed up my whole day it’s already bad enough a lot of the fast food full meals be 10 -15 dollars I’m very very disappointed won’t be eating there for a minute absolutely ridiculous

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a kids nugget meal and was handed a bag that was leaking fluid and the food was about to fall out the bottom and when I asked why was it wet and the food be replaced the girl working the drive thru got an attitude and handed me a bag out the window. I refused it so she proceeded to take the food to the back for a few minutes changed the bag and then tried to give it to me. At that point I just asked for a refund. Apply for better jobs instead of giving poor customer service if you’re not satisfied with your position on second thought your attitude is probably why you’re working fast food.

It was lunchtime and drive thru was moving quickly. I was impressed they have a 96 score and when I looked through the drive thru window it looked spotless! Bravo Arbys has got it right...BTW the menu options have expanded so much I had a time figuring out what I wanted...again Bravo!

I ordered the crispy fish sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper. I was the only car in the drive through when I ordered. The sandwich and fries was not cold, but wasn’t hot. Why is it that every time I visit this restaurant the food is not hot?

Food is fine if you can get it. I door dashed an order of two sandwiches and two curly fries. I received one sandwich and two half-full curly fries. Door dash gave me back a random $6 but I'm still short a sandwich and fries for dinner. I don't understand why it's so hard...
