Prices of their menu items and value meals have gone up significantly, recently. However, the quality of the food and service has not. We had to wait 6 minutes for an apple pie, and when we were finally able to pick up our order, the apple pie was still left out of the bag, and the sandwiches and fries were already cold. A disappointing experience.
Sat in McDonald's drive thru 10 mins for 1 bowl of instant oatmeal. Got out requested refund after making me late for meeting. Customer service was terrible just to get my money

I don't usually eat at McDonald's because most of time something was always incorrect with my order, I've visited 2 different McDonald's and I must admit both were outstanding... the burgers were fresh and fries were good. Got me looking at McDonald's differently.
