I've been to this place three times this month, but the staff has been consistently rude and impolite. They seem to forget about the two drive-thru lines and only focus on one. They also don't give receipts and claim they can't find your online receipt (ironic because you order online for efficiency). Every time, items are missing from my orders. Today, I ordered sweet tea lemonade with two slices of lemon, but I got sweet tea without any lemon. They made me wait for my receipt while serving all the cars behind me, hoping I would leave. When I reminded them about my receipt, they all gathered to chat and use their cellphones, including the male manager in a blue collar shirt. This location really needs to improve its customer service.

I don't usually eat at McDonald's because most of time something was always incorrect with my order, I've visited 2 different McDonald's and I must admit both were outstanding... the burgers were fresh and fries were good. Got me looking at McDonald's differently.
Prices of their menu items and value meals have gone up significantly, recently. However, the quality of the food and service has not. We had to wait 6 minutes for an apple pie, and when we were finally able to pick up our order, the apple pie was still left out of the bag, and the sandwiches and fries were already cold. A disappointing experience.

I live within walking distance and I've visited only a few times. Staff is young and often distracted. I worked for the McDonalds company for over 10 years in the past and I will say its a MANAGEMENT issue. While they keep the inside clean there is no self service beverage inside so NO FREE REFILLS. Having the cashier make my drink after handling dirty cash/register is NOT appetizing. I mean, it's McDonalds so there's always a flow but keep your expectations low for this location.

I don't know what's going on with McDonald's but every time I order a burger the buns are dry, and it's not just this location. For the price you would think that you would get a decent bun. I can't recommend any of their burgers ?

They had me late to work. After already ordering at the drive thru, they had me pull up at the front. Had me wait another 5-10 minutes and was bringing me the wrong after waiting. That extended my wait! ? A 30-minute lunch break could have been doable if they weren't doing whatever they were doing to cause a lack of efficiency. (The place was only like 10 mins from my job site) ?

Horrible service at night. They refuse to serve coffee beverages when their frappe machine is working and will decline service if they are taking a break. This is a 24 hour McDonald's and the service should be as good as it is during the day, but it's not. The employees on night shift are lazy and will the do absolute minimum to serve you what's available on the menu. This is ridiculous.

Every time I seem to order from this location my order is never correct when did you all start selling 8piece nuggets and 3piece nuggets I specifically asked for a 6pounds and a 10 count I never receive my drinks and my food is always cold not once have I received it Evan warm. It’s just terrible save your money and don’t buy your food from here it’s so much more I could say but I’d rather not.
