Tonya Guest the Manager of that store is Awesome. I went inside to eat, and she was so hospitable. This kind of customer service has gone away. I absolutely love this restaurant now. It is my favorite place to eat from now on. I will tell everyone about Newnan's Great Captain D's. She and all the ones in there are assets to your Restaurant. Hope this finds you all well.
I really like this location. Most of the employees have pretty good attitudes and the food taste pretty good and is reasonably priced.
I thoroughly enjoyed my food and service at CDs #3879 this evening. I perfect way to end a 7hr trip! As busy as they were, the lines in and outside (drive thru) thinned quickly. Miss Charriesse was fast, thorough, and accommodating. Thank you, location 3879 from customer#0225.

Captain D's is a well-maintained location offering good value. The restaurant has a good soundtrack, but it can be a bit loud. While portions have decreased, the food is still delicious, with fresh and juicy options like fish, oca, and hush puppies. The staff is notable, with a kind and professional cashier who has been working at the location for nearly 20 years. Recently, the manager Tonya Guest has been praised for her hospitable service, and customers have commented on the friendly, efficient, and helpful service personnel. However, some customers have reported issues with the cleanliness of the dining areas and the availability of condiments. The food has also been reported as sometimes being cold by the time it is received.
