I try to keep giving this place a chance but they never live up to the challenge but the grandkids wanted shakes and food so we went and yet again what use to be a great place is just not the same fries where hard and dry no flavor tasted like a cardboard box burgers were also tasteless the pickle seem to of been dehydrated before they placed it on my burgers and it was so many onions on them that two days later my car still smelled like onions and they nolonger have malts oh...read full review
Steak 'n Shake food is great when hot and fresh, but withers quickly. The shoe string fries only have about 15 to 20 minutes before I just have to toss them away.Truly fast food in every way. The server was polite and friendly.Don't get me wrong, I like Steak 'n Shake but it's to be fresh.
