I made a online order at 6:00pm and when I went to pick up my order they claimed the store was closed. This is not the first time they took my money and closed the store. Then I called the store the next day I asked for a manager the employees we’re playing games and hanging up the phone. I wanted my money back and I was told to call my bank to dispute the transaction. The employees are childish and are playing games with people money.

Not a happy customer. I placed my order through the Subway app, when I arrived it wasn't ready. That's still ok because I thought it would be only a few minutes. I was told that my order wasn't ready, hadn't started being made and they didn't offer the salad that I ordered because they are now doing protein bowls. The customer service is horrible here. I placed an online order arrived at the location 30 mins prior to closing and the doors were locked. The 2 associates continued to talk and didn’t acknowledge me or the other customer at the door. They proceeded to clean and eventually turn the lights out. Mind you my order was paid for already and the funny part is that they both left with food in their hands.
