Went into this location to order a wrap, all of the veggies looked old and dry. I asked the employee is there any vegetables fresh in the back. He said no. I walked back out.

They lied about their hours of operation . I walk in 8:08pm they cleaning up and saying they close at 8 and Walmart close 9pm but Walmart close 11pm.

I made a online order at 6:00pm and when I went to pick up my order they claimed the store was closed. This is not the first time they took my money and closed the store. Then I called the store the next day I asked for a manager the employees we’re playing games and hanging up the phone. I wanted my money back and I was told to call my bank to dispute the transaction. The employees are childish and are playing games with people money.

Not a happy customer. I placed my order through the Subway app, when I arrived it wasn't ready. That's still ok because I thought it would be only a few minutes. I was told that my order wasn't ready, hadn't started being made and they didn't offer the salad that I ordered because they are now doing protein bowls. Look, I'm all for change but it has to up updated on the app. I received an over priced protein bowl the only thing that was cut up was the lettuce and I ask for sliced avocado but received mashed. I also order a tuna sub that was made sloppy. Training and updating apps are definitely something that's a need, the workers were so disengaged and useless as well honestly.

The customer service is horrible here. I placed an online order arrived at the location 30 mins prior to closing and the doors were locked. The 2 associates continued to talk and didn’t acknowledge me or the other customer at the door. They proceeded to clean and eventually turn the lights out. Mind you my order was paid for already and the funny part is that they both left with food in their hands.

I love that Subway has lots of options and updated sub menu. However, it is the service of this particular location that is its downfall. Service has been consistently lacking since covid. I understand things are not like before, I appreciate those who choose the fast food industry, and try to be patient. But the hours of operation are not updated on the door or online. I have had workers who didn't know the menu , a staff member who refused to come from the back to assist with an order with 2 subs, and that same worker cursed out his cohort right in front of us. At this point I go only out of necessity; I can go to an alternate location just 2miles down further.

Terrible situation. I come in and two guys are just sitting there saying the workers left and don't wait for them to return. I ask when they will be back and they say, they don't know. I call the police bc it seems suspicious. When the officer arrives, they say they work there and their systems are down.

Google says the restaurant closes at 9:30 when I get there at 8:55 they’re closed ? Wasting my time and gas. Gas not cheap
