The staff is always friendly, the service is consistently great, and the sandwiches are fresh, made to order, and completely customizable. You can keep it simple or build something so complicated it needs a blueprint—they somehow get it right every time. Oh and they have the mini cube ice. The best!

Made my own flavor (honey, butter ranch, garlic pepper) Their phillys come in 8” or 12” foot long, My husband ordered the foot long Philly steak w/ shrimp on it. I also ordered a slice of red velvet cake, and it’s verified! The cream cheese IS in the icing! Speaking of cream cheese, They also have a Redvelvet cheesecake! “I used to be a General Manager at a Firehouse Subs in Gwinnett so I speak as both a customer and former manager when I say: this store has a great night crew. Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized - exactly what the shop should look and feel like. I am a recent transplant to Fayetteville and will definitely revisit this location again.“
