Extremely poor customer service!! The server was more concerned with a to go than waiting on me!! I will not be back!! Extremely rude.
I visited this location on 5/28/26 for two foot long Italian BMT’s for take out. They have a sign that says they only except coupons for certain sandwiches on the sandwich window. I asked the dark skin Indian man if they accept coupons for the sandwiches I was getting and he told me yes. Upon check out he asked his female co worker if they would accept the coupon and she said no. He then lied and said he didn’t tell me that the coupon was accepted. I was in the Walmart shopping and decided to stop by this subway. I walk up to order and the dark skin lady with hijab was on the phone. She finally notices me, I start to place my order, she tells me that the lady who takes the order is away from the register so I leave because she repeated this twice. If she doesn’t want to make people food maybe she shouldn’t work in customer service and a call center instead since she wants to be on the phone anyway.
