Yesterday was my third visit to get a sandwich, the food has each time been good. My complaint is with the young man that has prepared my food each time. He never greets you, he stands there until you open your mouth to say something. He's has no business working with the public. He would never work in my business because he makes you want to take your business elsewhere. Do better people.

If I could rate negative I would. Wow even the reviews from 2 years ago are terrible, this location has NOT improved. Manager is rudest person i've ever met and the whole company in general has been so rude. I placed an order on the app, they charged my card and all but when I went to pick up my order they were closed 2 hours before it said they were supposed to. Came in the next day to either get a refund or simply get my food and they REFUSED. Manager said I MUST call customer service to refund me, but they don't even have a customer service line, it's all virtual. It's been 2+ weeks and I haven't heard anything back, even subway headquarters was AWFUL. Lady over the phone gave me an attitude, so I proceeded to tell her everyone at subway has an awful a** attitude and I will never return. I have yet to see my refund or my food, don't understand why they couldn't make it the next day, acting like they didn't receive my order and take my money.

I ordered a subway club from them and they sent my doordash order that with the right receipt but a sandwich that I can not eat because of a food allergy.

Came to get food and employees did not serve food stating on break with no estimate time of service. My niece who was purchasing the food left because they betrayed like they were not serving during normal business hours. I had to go in store to ask if they were serving and all they stated was they were on break, I had to ask when will they be able to serve then they said 10 min. Next time they should let customers know a time instead of sending them out as if they can’t be served. Need better training.

THIS LOCATION AND THE ONE IN THE KROGER SHOPPING CENTER LIST INCORRECT HOURS AND CLOSE UP TO 2HOURS BEFORE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. THE KROGER SHOPPING CENTER LOCATION USED THE EXCUSE THAT THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD. UMMM THEN THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLAED BECAUSE WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF FOOD THAT MEANS THE ORDERING WASNT DONE RIGHT. THEY ALSO CLAIMED THEY ONLY CLOSE EARLY WHEN THE RUN OUT OF FOOD WHICH IS FALSE. IVE BEEN UP THERE SEVERAL DAYS IN A ROW WHERE THEYVE ALWAYS CLOSED AT 7. RIDICULOUS AND SUPER LAZY.

Worst experience. Two young ladies get upset because you ask them to wear their mask correctly. All disregard for what they ask you to do even though they are breathing over your food. Walked out because I just couldn't take the treatment any more. Popping of neck, fingers, rolling of eyes, no customer service etiquette what so ever and just plain rude. I spend my money where I'm appreciated or just treated with respect

descrepincy1-employee accused me of stealing and talked to me in rude manner," you herd me!?" "you ain't order nottin yet?"descrepincy1-employee behind counter, not wearing anything from her hair and did not wash hands properly or at all when changing gloves or handling food.descrepincy3-the tables were all dirty, all 3 employees in back of store conversating about personal items. there was no spot to place my computer to work even though I was a patron and paid for restaurant services.inconclusive studies, I have seen the lack of respect for the store and the treating of its employees and patrons. the employees with age and handicap has no self control for words or who comes into his store and the finally proper healthy eating arrangements are not made. some of the lettuce was left out or old because of the browning colors and tent of red.when receiving my food, the sandwich was a sloppy mess, the service was poor, and an item I requested from online was out and there was no notice of anything.I would avoid coming to this location if at all possible the heavyeight person that rides around on an electric scooter all day and sits on a stool behind the counter is not polite and does not like people. he would yell at people before they had the choice to get a refill "better not get no mor but some wata ya hear me!" it was not a pleasant experience, he even called the police because I was sitting in the restaurant for to long.

Apparently it’s everyone’s first day here, ordered ahead of time and when I was told the food was ready I still waited 10 minutes after getting there. Was still made incorrectly. Will not be coming back.
