Quincy was was very helpful above and beyond Thank you Quincy
I recently visited and had an experience of two extremes. On one hand, the customer service from the young lady who served me, Sharnette, was absolutely impeccable. McAlister's Deli, particularly its Fayette location, is widely recognized for its delicious food and excellent customer service. The staff, including Nick and Bella Harris, are known for their friendly and professional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. They manage orders efficiently, even during busy periods, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction with a pleasant smile. The food, especially the turkey jalapeño crunch sandwich with chicken tortilla soup, receives high praise for its quality and flavor. Meals are served quickly, and the dining area is clean and comfortable, making it an enjoyable place to relax. However, there have been some concerns raised, such as issues during busy promotional events like T-Mobile Tuesday, where many orders were delayed. Additionally, there are comments about the need for hair nets for staff and privacy concerns in the restroom. Overall, McAlister's Deli is distinguished by its great hospitality and tasty meals, while still needing improvements in specific areas.
