I'm going to be completely honest, this location needs some help!! I ordered a sandwich combo online for pickup when I got to the drive thru no one came for minutes (I chose this option because my 2 year old son was sleep in the car. After minutes of waiting and blowing my horn I went around and went inside to find ONE person working, literally. He was doing everything by himself! It was ridiculous the wait and no sign in the window I feel they should not be taking orders with 1 employee, he was nice I felt bad for him but between the wait and the drive it wasn't worth my money in addition to the sandwich just being "ok". I have gone in another time and they were extremely busy so the wait was long again which is understandable but for the price I was not impressed, I rather go to another business.

Awful!!! I ordered online and my husband went to pick up the order at the time it was supposed to be ready. They said someone had picked up the order already and they did not have it. Ok accidents happen so my husband waited till they remade the order. He gets home with the remade order and it’s a mess. Missing sides I paid extra for, missing items that were extra on the sandwiches, my husbands was ice cold and the deli meat on the sandwich I ordered was just thrown in the box. I called and asked for a refund, which was a hassle since I called 3 times and no one answered, the call center ended up connecting me to a manager. He was less than helpful, basically accusing us of scamming them out of the first order!! What?! He said if I brought everything back he could help me out yeah sure. Let me run 16 miles back and then home again. So 60 bucks for garbage!!! I didn’t get the managers name but he was a complete jerk!Avoid Fayetteville and go to the Peachtree city location. Complete waste of money and time.

I would like to take an opportunity to praise the Fayetteville, GA team. The is always in great condition (clean and well stocked) when I come inside to order food. I had the pleasure of being helped by Aria and Morgan. The were very friendly, outgoing, and professional. They took time to ensure that my order was correct and I was able to get in and out very quickly. I will definitely be back.

I'm so sick of this place. They don't care either! I never get what I order. They are always out of something. I ordered delivery several times thinking it was an honest mistake, but no it's just poor management. Tonight no cheesecake and no pickle! 4th time for no pickle. What kind of deli has no pickle's.. NEVER AGAIN!

Very disappointed..I usually get food from here on occasion..Ordered a ham and cheese melt ham was burnt and bread was cold ..Took about two bites took meal back was told it would be made over then a young guy says it's the way the melt is made nothing else can be done. So I then requested a refund then I was informed of have a refund reached out to corporate was lied on saying I ate over half the sandwich via drive thru ...From this point I'm requesting corporate to call it's one thing to refuse to remake a order and then another thing to flat out lie
